Simple Facial Exercises for Starters

You don’t need Botox to look young, just exercise! If you have just discovered the wonderful benefits of facial exercises here are a few techniques you can try for starters. To prevent the appearance of crow’s feet try closing your eyelids and pull down as much as you can. At the same time raise your eyebrows as high as possible. This exercise stretches the muscles surrounding the eyes. To prevent cheeks from sagging try pulling down your cheeks while smiling. Stretch your neck muscles by tilting backwards. This prevents laugh lines too. There are other exercises to for the lips, forehead and neck that you can find on the internet.
